ผู้รับอนุญาตตามข้อ ๘ ให้ได้รับยกเว้นค่าธรรมเนียมใบอนุญาตนำเข้าหรือส่งออก ยาเสพติดให้โทษในประเภท ๒ หรือประเภท ๓ หรือวัตถุออกฤทธิ์ในประเภท ๒ ประเภท ๓ หรือ ประเภท ๔ แล้วแต่กรณี
