Section ๑๙

เจ้าพนักงานผู้ใดโดยหน้าที่ราชการตามพระราชกำหนดนี้ได้รู้เรื่องกิจการของ ผู้เสียภาษีหรือของผู้อื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง ห้ามมิให้นำออกแจ้งแก่ผู้ใดหรือยังให้ทราบกันไปโดยวิธีใด เว้นแต่ จะมีอำนาจที่จะกระทำได้โดยชอบด้วยกฎหมาย
