เจ้าพนักงานประเมินมีอำนาจประเมินภาษี โดยให้มีอำนาจประเมินภาษีส่วนเพิ่มได้ ภายในกำหนดเวลาสิบปีนับแต่วันสุดท้ายแห่งกำหนดเวลายื่นแบบแสดงรายการ
