ผู้ใดไม่ปฏิบัติตามคำสั่งตามมาตรา ๑๒ หรือยื่นบัญชี หลักฐาน หรือรายงาน หรือแจ้งข้อความตามมาตรา ๑๒ โดยแสดงข้อมูลหรือแจ้งข้อมูลไม่ถูกต้องครบถ้วน โดยไม่มีเหตุอันสมควร ต้องระวางโทษปรับไม่เกินหนึ่งแสนบาท
