Section ๒๒
ผู้อำนวยการต้องมีคุณสมบัติและไม่มีลักษณะต้องห้ามดังต่อไปนี้
(๑) มีสัญชาติไทย
(๒) มีอายุไม่ต่ำกว่าสามสิบห้าปีบริบูรณ์ และต้องไม่เกินหกสิบห้าปีบริบูรณ์
(๓) มีความรู้ความสามารถ และประสบการณ์เหมาะสมกับกิจการของสถาบัน
(๔) ไม่มีลักษณะต้องห้ามอย่างหนึ่งอย่างใดตามมาตรา ๑๓ (๓) (๔) หรือ (๕)
