บรรดารายได้และทรัพย์สินของสถาบันต้องจัดการเพื่อให้บรรลุวัตถุประสงค์ ตามมาตรา ๗ เลม่ ๑๓๖ ตอนที่ ๔๓ ก หนา้ ๔๕ เงินและทรัพย์สินที่มีผู้อุทิศให้แก่สถาบันต้องจัดการตามเงื่อนไขที่ผู้อุทิศกำหนดไว้และต้องเป็นไป ตามวัตถุประสงค์ของสถาบัน แต่ถ้ามีความจำเป็นต้องเปลี่ยนแปลงเงื่อนไขดังกล่าว สถาบันต้องได้รับ ความยินยอมเป็นหนังสือจากผู้อุทิศหรือทายาท หากไม่มีทายาทหรือทายาทไม่ปรากฏ จะต้องได้รับอนุมัติ จากสภาสถาบัน
