ให้บัญชีทำงกำรเงินเป็นบัญชีทำงกำรเงินที่ต้องถูกรำยงำน นับแต่วันที่บัญชีดังกล่ำว ถูกบ่งชี้ตำมกระบวนกำรตรวจสอบบัญชีตำมที่กำหนดในกฎกระทรวงนี้ เพื่อนำไปรำยงำนตามมาตรา ๑๘
