ให้วิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อม หรือกลุ่มวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อม ในประเภท ดังต่อไปนี้ ต้องรายงานสถิติข้อมูลต่อส่วนราชการ หน่วยงานของรัฐ หรือรัฐวิสาหกิจ ตามมาตรา ๔๐
(๑) ประเภทกิจการผลิตสินค้า
(๒) ประเภทกิจการให้บริการ
(๓) ประเภทกิจการค้าส่ง
(๔) ประเภทกิจการค้าปลีก เล่ม ๑๔๑ ตอนที่ ๗๓ ก
