เล่ม ๑๔๑ ตอนที่ ๗๓ ก กฎกระทรวง กำหนดความผิดร้ายแรงในอากาศยานในระหว่างการบิน พ.ศ. 2567 อาศัยอำนาจตามความในมาตรา ๖ วรรคหนึ่ง และมาตรา ๓๐ (๒) แห่งพระราชบัญญัติ ว่าด้วยความผิดบางประการต่อการเดินอากาศ พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๘ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงคมนาคม ออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้ ให้ความผิดอาญาที่มีอัตราโทษจำคุกขั้นสูงตั้งแต่ห้าปีขึ้นไปเป็นความผิดร้ายแรงในอากาศยาน ในระหว่างการบิน ให้ไว้ ณ วันที่ 19 พฤศจิกายน พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๗ สุริยะ จึงรุ่งเรืองกิจ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงคมนาคม เล่ม ๑๔๑ ตอนที่ ๗๓ ก หมายเหตุ :- เหตุผลในการประกาศใช้กฎกระทรวงฉบับนี้ คือ โดยที่มาตรา ๓๐ (๒) แห่งพระราชบัญญัติ ว่าด้วยความผิดบางประการต่อการเดินอากาศ พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๘ บัญญัติให้การกำหนดความผิดร้ายแรง ในอากาศยานในระหว่างการบิน เป็นไปตามที่กำหนดในกฎกระทรวง จึงจำเป็นต้องออกกฎกระทรวงนี้ PoweredbyTCPDF(www.tcpdf.org)
