เล่ม ๑๔๑ ตอนที่ ๗๓ ก กฎกระทรวง กำหนดค่าใช้จ่ายเกี่ยวกับการโอนนักโทษ พ.ศ. 2567 อาศัยอำนาจตามความในมาตรา ๕ วรรคหนึ่ง และมาตรา ๗ แห่งพระราชบัญญัติการปฏิบัติ เพื่อความร่วมมือระหว่างประเทศในการดำเนินการตามคำพิพากษาคดีอาญา พ.ศ. ๒๕๒๗ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงยุติธรรมออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้
