คำสั่งเพิกถอนทะเบียน ให้ทำเป็นหนังสือแจ้งให้หน่วยบริการที่ได้ขึ้นทะเบียนทราบ ภายในสิบห้าวันนับแต่วันที่มีคำสั่ง พร้อมด้วยเหตุผลและสิทธิอุทธรณ์คำสั่งนั้น
