หน่วยบริการใดประสงค์จะให้บริการอาชีวเวชกรรมหรือเวชกรรมสิ่งแวดล้อม จะต้องขึ้นทะเบียนเป็นหน่วยบริการอาชีวเวชกรรมหรือหน่วยบริการเวชกรรมสิ่งแวดล้อมกับหน่วยงาน รับขึ้นทะเบียนตามกฎกระทรวงนี้ เล่ม ๑๔๑ ตอนที่ ๗๓ ก
