เล่ม ๑๔๑ ตอนที่ ๗๓ ก กฎกระทรวง กำหนดมาตรฐานการให้บริการของหน่วยบริการเวชกรรมสิ่งแวดล้อม พ.ศ. 2567 อาศัยอำนาจตามความในมาตรา ๕ วรรคหนึ่ง และมาตรา ๒๔ (๒) แห่งพระราชบัญญัติ ควบคุมโรคจากการประกอบอาชีพและโรคจากสิ่งแวดล้อม พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๒ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงสาธารณสุข โดยคำแนะนำของคณะกรรมการควบคุมโรคจากการประกอบอาชีพและโรคจากสิ่งแวดล้อมออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้
