Preamble

เล่ม ๑๔๑ ตอนที่ ๗๓ ก กฎกระทรวง การตรวจสุขภาพของแรงงานนอกระบบ พ.ศ. 2567 อาศัยอำนาจตามความในมาตรา ๕ วรรคหนึ่ง และมาตรา ๒๗ วรรคสอง แห่งพระราชบัญญัติ ควบคุมโรคจากการประกอบอาชีพและโรคจากสิ่งแวดล้อม พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๒ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวง สาธารณสุขออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้

  1. Section ๑กฎกระทรวงนี้ให้ใช้บังคับเมื่อพ้นกำหนดสามร้อยหกสิบวันนับแต่วันประกาศ ในราชกิจจานุเบกษาเป็นต้นไป
