ให้เจ้าพนักงาน ป.ป.ส. ผู้ได้รับมอบหมายทำบัญชีทรัพย์สินที่ยึดโดยแสดง รายละเอียด เช่น ชื่อ ประเภท จำนวน ขนาด น้าหนัก สภาพของทรัพย์สิน ตามลำดับหมายเลขไว้ และให้แสดงเครื่องหมายไว้ที่ทรัพย์สินนั้นให้เห็นโดยประจักษ์แจ้งว่าได้มีการยึดแล้วตามวิธีที่เห็นสมควร
