การรับทรัพย์สินคืนให้เจ้าของมารับคืนได้ณสถานที่ที่สำนักงาน ป.ป.ส. แจ้งให้ทราบ เว้นแต่ในกรณีจำเป็นและมีเหตุผลสมควร เลขาธิการ ป.ป.ส. อาจสั่งให้เจ้าพนักงาน ป.ป.ส. นำทรัพย์สินนั้นไปส่งคืนให้แก่เจ้าของก็ได้
