เลม่ ๑๔๐ ตอนที่ ๓๘ ก หนา้ ๑ พระราชกฤษฎีกา เรียกประชุมรัฐสภา พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๖ พระบาทสมเด็จพระปรเมนทรรามาธิบดีศรีสินทรมหาวชิราลงกรณ พระวชิรเกล้าเจ้าอยู่หัว ให้ไว้ ณ วันที่ ๒๓ มิถุนายน พ.ศ. ๒๕๖6 เป็นปีที่ ๘ ในรัชกาลปัจจุบัน พระบาทสมเด็จพระปรเมนทรรามาธิบดีศรีสินทรมหาวชิราลงกรณ พระวชิรเกล้าเจ้าอยู่หัว มีพระบรมราชโองการโปรดเกล้าฯ ให้ประกาศว่า โดยที่ได้มีการเลือกตั้งสมาชิกสภาผู้แทนราษฎรเป็นการทั่วไป เมื่อวันที่ ๑๔ พฤษภาคม พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๖ แล้ว และตามความในมาตรา ๑๒๑ ของรัฐธรรมนูญแห่งราชอาณาจักรไทย กำหนดให้ มีการเรียกประชุมรัฐสภาภายในสิบห้าวันนับแต่วันประกาศผลการเลือกตั้งสมาชิกสภาผู้แทนราษฎร อันเป็นการเลือกตั้งทั่วไป โดยให้ถือเป็นวันเริ่มสมัยประชุมสามัญประจำปีครั้งที่หนึ่ง อาศัยอำนาจตามความในมาตรา ๑๒๑ มาตรา ๑๒๒ และมาตรา ๑๗๕ ของรัฐธรรมนูญ แห่งราชอาณาจักรไทย จึงทรงพระกรุณาโปรดเกล้าฯ ให้ตราพระราชกฤษฎีกาเรียกประชุมรัฐสภา ตั้งแต่วันที่ ๓ กรกฎาคม พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๖ เป็นต้นไป ผู้รับสนองพระบรมราชโองการ พลเอกประยุทธ์ จันทร์โอชา นายกรัฐมนตรี
