เลม่ ๑๔๐ ตอนที่ ๓ ก หนา้ ๑ กฎกระทรวง กำหนดค่ำป่วยกำรพยำนหรือพยำนผู้เชี่ยวชำญ พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๖ อำศัยอำนำจตำมควำมในมาตรา ๖ วรรคหนึ่ง และมาตรา ๒๙ วรรคสำม แห่งพระรำชบัญญัติวิธีปฏิบัติรำชกำรทำงปกครอง พ.ศ. ๒๕๓๙ นำยกรัฐมนตรีออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้
