Preamble

เลม่ ๑๓๙ ตอนที่ ๕๑ ก หนา้ ๙๑ กฎกระทรวง กำหนดให้ผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสำหกรรมเครื่องนวดร่ำงกำย ต้องเป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๕ อำศัยอำนำจตำมควำมในมาตรา ๑๗ วรรคหนึ่ง แห่งพระรำชบัญญัติมำตรฐำน ผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสำหกรรม พ.ศ. ๒๕๑๑ ซึ่งแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมโดยพระรำชบัญญัติมำตรฐำนผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสำหกรรม (ฉบับที่ ๘) พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๒ และมาตรา ๕๘ วรรคหนึ่ง แห่งพระรำชบัญญัติมำตรฐำนผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสำหกรรม พ.ศ. ๒๕๑๑ ซึ่งแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมโดยพระรำชบัญญัติมำตรฐำนผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสำหกรรม (ฉบับที่ ๗) พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๘ รัฐมนตรีว่ำกำรกระทรวงอุตสาหกรรมออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้
