Preamble

เลม่ ๑๓๙ ตอนที่ ๕๑ ก หนา้ ๙๖ กฎกระทรวง กำหนดให้ผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสำหกรรมโกลว์สตำร์ตเตอร์สำหรับหลอดฟลูออเรสเซนซ์ ต้องเป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๕ อำศัยอำนำจตำมควำมในมาตรา ๑๗ วรรคหนึ่ง แห่งพระรำชบัญญัติมำตรฐำน ผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสำหกรรม พ.ศ. ๒๕๑๑ ซึ่งแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมโดยพระรำชบัญญัติมำตรฐำน ผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสำหกรรม (ฉบับที่ ๘) พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๒ และมาตรา ๕๘ วรรคหนึ่ง แห่งพระรำชบัญญัติ มำตรฐำนผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสำหกรรม พ.ศ. ๒๕๑๑ ซึ่งแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมโดยพระรำชบัญญัติมำตรฐำน ผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสำหกรรม (ฉบับที่ ๗) พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๘ รัฐมนตรีว่ำกำรกระทรวงอุตสาหกรรม ออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้
