เลม่ ๑๓๙ ตอนที่ ๖๗ ก หนา้ ๑ กฎกระทรวง ก้ำหนดให้ผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสำหกรรมเครื่องท้ำควำมสะอำดใช้ควำมดันสูงและเครื่องท้ำควำมสะอำดใช้ไอน้ำ เฉพำะมอเตอร์ที่ท้ำงำนด้วยไฟฟ้ำที่ต่อกับแหล่งจ่ำยไฟฟ้ำประธำน แรงดัน ๒๒๐ โวลต์ ต้องเป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๕ อำศัยอ้ำนำจตำมควำมในมาตรา ๑๗ วรรคหนึ่ง แห่งพระรำชบัญญัติมำตรฐำนผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสำหกรรม พ.ศ. ๒๕๑๑ ซึ่งแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมโดยพระรำชบัญญัติมำตรฐำนผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสำหกรรม (ฉบับที่ ๘) พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๒ และมาตรา ๕๘ วรรคหนึ่ง แห่งพระรำชบัญญัติมำตรฐำนผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสำหกรรม พ.ศ. ๒๕๑๑ ซึ่งแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมโดยพระรำชบัญญัติมำตรฐำนผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสำหกรรม (ฉบับที่ ๗) พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๘ รัฐมนตรีว่ำกำรกระทรวงอุตสาหกรรมออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี
