เลม่ ๑๔๐ ตอนที่ ๙ ก หนา้ ๗ กฎกระทรวง กำหนดให้ผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสำหกรรมเครื่องทอดโดนัทเชิงพำณิชย์ และเครื่องทอดนำมันท่วมเชิงพำณิชย์ต้องเป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๖ อำศัยอำนำจตำมควำมในมาตรา ๑๗ วรรคหนึ่ง แห่งพระรำชบัญญัติมำตรฐำนผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสำหกรรม พ.ศ. ๒๕๑๑ ซึ่งแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมโดยพระรำชบัญญัติมำตรฐำนผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสำหกรรม (ฉบับที่ ๘) พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๒ และมาตรา ๕๘ วรรคหนึ่ง แห่งพระรำชบัญญัติมำตรฐำนผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสำหกรรม พ.ศ. ๒๕๑๑ ซึ่งแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมโดยพระรำชบัญญัติมำตรฐำนผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสำหกรรม (ฉบับที่ ๗) พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๘ รัฐมนตรีว่ำกำรกระทรวงอุตสาหกรรมออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี
