เลม่ ๑๔๐ ตอนที่ ๔๐ ก หนา้ ๓ กฎกระทรวง กำหนดให้ผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสำหกรรมรถยนต์ขนำดใหญ่ ที่ใช้เครื่องยนต์แบบจุดระเบิดด้วยประกำยไฟที่ใช้ก๊ำซธรรมชำติหรือก๊ำซปิโตรเลียมเหลวเป็นเชื้อเพลิง ต้องเป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๖ อำศัยอำนำจตำมควำมในมาตรา ๑๗ วรรคหนึ่ง แห่งพระรำชบัญญัติมำตรฐำนผลิตภัณฑ์ อุตสำหกรรม พ.ศ. ๒๕๑๑ ซึ่งแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมโดยพระรำชบัญญัติมำตรฐำนผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสำหกรรม (ฉบับที่ ๘) พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๒ และมาตรา ๕๘ วรรคหนึ่ง แห่งพระรำชบัญญัติมำตรฐำนผลิตภัณฑ์ อุตสำหกรรม พ.ศ. ๒๕๑๑ ซึ่งแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมโดยพระรำชบัญญัติมำตรฐำนผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสำหกรรม (ฉบับที่ ๗) พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๘ รัฐมนตรีว่ำกำรกระทรวงอุตสาหกรรมออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้
