ให้ข้าราชการตำรวจซึ่งมียศตั้งแต่พันตำรวจตรีขึ้นไปและดำรงตำแหน่งทางวิชาการ ดังต่อไปนี้ ได้รับเงินประจำตำแหน่งประเภทวิชาการในโรงเรียนตำรวจ

(๑) ศาสตราจารย์

(๒) รองศาสตราจารย์

(๓) ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์
