Preamble

กฎกระทรวง กำหนดความประพฤติของนักเรียนและนักศึกษา พ.ศ. ๒๕๔๘ อาศัยอำนาจตามความในมาตรา ๖และมาตรา ๖๔แห่งพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองเด็ก พ.ศ.๒๕๔๖อันเป็นกฎหมายที่มีบทบัญญัติบางประการเกี่ยวกับการจำกัดสิทธิและเสรีภาพของบุคคล ซึ่งมาตรา ๒๙ประกอบกับมาตรา ๓๑มาตรา ๓๔มาตรา ๓๕มาตรา ๓๖มาตรา ๓๙มาตรา ๔๘และ มาตรา ๕๐ของรัฐธรรมนูญแห่งราชอาณาจักรไทยบัญญัติให้กระทำได้โดยอาศัยอำนาจตามบทบัญญัติ แห่งกฎหมาย รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงศึกษาธิการออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ดังต่อไปนี้
