Preamble

เลม่ ๑๓๙ ตอนที่ ๕๑ ก หนา้ ๘๑ กฎกระทรวง ก้ำหนดให้ทำงน้ำชลประทำนในเขตโครงกำรส่งน้ำและบ้ำรุงรักษำล้ำตะคอง เป็นทำงน้ำชลประทำนที่จะเรียกเก็บค่ำชลประทำน พ.ศ. 2565 อำศัยอ้ำนำจตำมควำมในมาตรา ๘ (๑) แห่งพระรำชบัญญัติกำรชลประทำนหลวง พุทธศักราช ๒๔๘๕ ซึ่งแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมโดยพระรำชบัญญัติกำรชลประทำนหลวง (ฉบับที่ ๔) พ.ศ. ๒๕๑๘ และมาตรา ๔๒ วรรคหนึ่ง แห่งพระรำชบัญญัติกำรชลประทำนหลวง พุทธศักราช ๒๔๘๕ รัฐมนตรีว่ำกำรกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี
