คณะกรรมการวิชาชีพแต่ละสาขาจะมีคำสั่งอนุญาตให้ต่ออายุใบอนุญาตได้ ต่อเมื่อปรากฏว่าผู้ยื่นคำขอมีคุณสมบัติและไม่มีลักษณะต้องห้ามตามมาตรา ๓๒ และผ่านการพัฒนามาตรฐาน การประกอบโรคศิลปะในสาขานั้นตามที่คณะกรรมการวิชาชีพกำหนดตามมาตรา ๒๓ (๗)
