Preamble
เล่ม ๑๔๒ ตอนที่ ๒๘ ก กฎกระทรวง กำหนดเรื่องการจัดซื้อจัดจ้างกับหน่วยงานของรัฐที่ใช้สิทธิอุทธรณ์ไม่ได้ พ.ศ. 2568 อาศัยอำนาจตามความในมาตรา ๕ วรรคหนึ่ง และมาตรา ๑๑๕ (๔) แห่งพระราชบัญญัติ การจัดซื้อจัดจ้างและการบริหารพัสดุภาครัฐ พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๐ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการคลัง ออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้
- Section ๑กฎกระทรวงนี้ให้ใช้บังคับตั้งแต่วันถัดจากวันประกาศในราชกิจจานุเบกษาเป็นต้นไป
- Section ๒ให้ยกเลิกกฎกระทรวงกำหนดเรื่องการจัดซื้อจัดจ้างกับหน่วยงานของรัฐที่ใช้ สิทธิอุทธรณ์ไม่ได้ พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๐
