เลม่ ๑๓๖ ตอนที่ ๑๓๖ ก หนา้ ๘ กฎกระทรวง กำหนดเจ้ำหน้ำที่ผู้มีอำนำจกำหนดค่ำปรับบังคับกำร พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๒ อำศัยอำนำจตำมควำมในมาตรา ๖ วรรคหนึ่ง แห่งพระรำชบัญญัติวิธีปฏิบัติรำชกำร ทำงปกครอง พ.ศ. ๒๕๓๙ และมาตรา ๖๓/๒๑ วรรคสอง แห่งพระรำชบัญญัติวิธีปฏิบัติรำชกำร ทำงปกครอง พ.ศ. ๒๕๓๙ ซึ่งแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมโดยพระรำชบัญญัติวิธีปฏิบัติรำชกำรทำงปกครอง (ฉบับที่ ๓) พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๒ นำยกรัฐมนตรีออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้
