Preamble

เล่ม ๑๔๒ ตอนที่ ๒๙ ก กฎกระทรวง กำหนดการอื่นที่ไม่อยู่ภายใต้บังคับมาตรา ๗ พ.ศ. 2568 อาศัยอำนาจตามความในมาตรา ๗ วรรคห้า และมาตรา ๒๔ วรรคหนึ่ง แห่งพระราชบัญญัติ การปฏิบัติราชการทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๕ นายกรัฐมนตรีออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้

  1. Section ๑กฎกระทรวงนี้ให้ใช้บังคับตั้งแต่วันถัดจากวันประกาศในราชกิจจานุเบกษาเป็นต้นไป
  2. Section ๒ให้บรรดาการอื่นตามที่กำหนดในบัญชีท้ายกฎกระทรวงนี้ ไม่อยู่ภายใต้บังคับมาตรา ๗…
