  1. หมวด ๖ ค่าธรรมเนียม

  2. Section ๔๕

    ให้เรียกเก็บค่าธรรมเนียม ดังต่อไปนี้

    (๑) ใบอนุญาตผลิตยาเสพติดให้โทษในประเภท ๕ ฉบับละ ๑๐,๐๐๐ บาท

    (๒) ใบอนุญาตนำเข้ายาเสพติดให้โทษในประเภท ๕ ฉบับละ ๑๐,๐๐๐ บาท

    (๓) ใบอนุญาตส่งออกยาเสพติดให้โทษในประเภท ๕ ฉบับละ ๕,๐๐๐ บาท

    (๔) ใบอนุญาตจำหน่ายยาเสพติดให้โทษ ฉบับละ ๒,๐๐๐ บาท ฉบับละ ๕๐๐ บาท ฉบับละ ๕๐๐ บาท ในประเภท ๕

    (๕) ใบอนุญาตให้มีไว้ในครอบครองยาเสพติด ให้โทษในประเภท ๕

    (๖) ใบอนุญาตนำเข้าหรือส่งออกเฉพาะคราว ยาเสพติดให้โทษในประเภท ๕

    (๗) การต่ออายุใบอนุญาตตาม (๑) (๒) (๓) (๔) หรือ

    (๕) เท่ากับกึ่งหนึ่ง ของค่าธรรมเนียม สำหรับใบอนุญาตนั้น

  3. Section ๔๖

    ให้ยกเว้นค่าธรรมเนียมตามข้อ ๔๕ แก่สภากาชาดไทย และหน่วยงานของรัฐ และหน่วยงานในกำกับของรัฐที่เป็นนิติบุคคลเว้นแต่รัฐวิสาหกิจ เล่ม ๑๔๒ ตอนที่ ๒๙ ก
