Preamble

กฎกระทรวง กำหนดค่าธรรมเนียมและยกเว้นค่าธรรมเนียมการดำเนินการเกี่ยวกับเชื้อโรคและพิษจากสัตว์ พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๐ อาศัยอำนาจตามความในมาตรา ๕ วรรคหนึ่ง แห่งพระราชบัญญัติเชื้อโรคและพิษจากสัตว์ พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๘ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงสาธารณสุขออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้

  1. Section ๑ให้กำหนดค่าธรรมเนียม ดังต่อไปนี้ (๑) หนังสือรับรองการแจ้งผลิตเชื้อโรคและพิษจากสัตว์ ฉบับละ ๒,๐๐๐ บาท (๒)…
