กฎกระทรวง การขอตรวจหลักฐาน รายการ หรือข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับบัตรประจำตัวประชาชน พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๕ อาศัยอำนาจตามความในมาตรา ๑๐ แห่งพระราชบัญญัติบัตรประจำตัวประชาชน พ.ศ. ๒๕๒๖ ซึ่งแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมโดยพระราชบัญญัติบัตรประจำตัวประชาชน (ฉบับที่ ๓) พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๔ และมาตรา ๒๓ วรรคหนึ่ง แห่งพระราชบัญญัติบัตรประจำตัวประชาชน พ.ศ. ๒๕๒๖ รัฐมนตรีว่าการ กระทรวงมหาดไทยออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้
