Section ๑๔

ในกรณีที่มีการมอบหมายตามข้อ ๑๒ วรรคสอง ให้ดำเนินการจัดทำใบกำกับภาษี หรือใบรับในนามของผู้ประกอบการจดทะเบียนหรือผู้มีหน้าที่ออกใบรับตามที่กำหนดในข้อ ๑๓ โดยให้ ลงลายมือชื่ออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ของผู้ได้รับมอบหมายแทน
