Preamble

เลม่ ๑๓๙ ตอนที่ ๕๑ ก หนา้ ๘๙ กฎกระทรวง กำหนดมำตรฐำนสินค้ำเกษตร สำหรับกำรปฏิบัติที่ดีสำหรับปำงช้ำงเป็นมำตรฐำนบังคับ พ.ศ. ๒๕๖5 อำศัยอำนำจตำมควำมในมาตรา ๕ วรรคหนึ่ง และมาตรา 15 วรรคสอง แห่งพระรำชบัญญัติมำตรฐำนสินค้ำเกษตร พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๑ รัฐมนตรีว่ำกำรกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ ออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้

  1. Section ๑กฎกระทรวงนี้ให้ใช้บังคับเมื่อพ้นกำหนดสองปีนับแต่วันประกาศในรำชกิจจำนุเบกษำ เป็นต้นไป
