Preamble

กฎกระทรวง กำหนดค่าธรรมเนียมตามกฎหมายว่าด้วยงาช้าง พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๘ อาศัยอำนาจตามความในมาตรา ๒๐ วรรคหนึ่ง แห่งพระราชบัญญัติงาช้าง พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๘ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงทรัพยากรธรรมชาติและสิ่งแวดล้อมออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้

  1. Section ๑ในกฎกระทรวงนี้ “หน่วยงานของรัฐ” หมายความว่า ราชการส่วนกลาง ราชการส่วนภูมิภาค ราชการส่วนท้องถิ่น รัฐวิสาหกิจ…
