    การใช้น้ำบาดาลแบ่งเป็นสามประเภท คือ

    (๑) การใช้น้ำบาดาลเพื่ออุปโภคหรือบริโภค

    (๒) การใช้น้ำบาดาลเพื่อธุรกิจ

    (๓) การใช้น้ำบาดาลเพื่อเกษตรกรรม หลักเกณฑ์ในการพิจารณาประเภทการใช้น้ำบาดาลตามที่กำหนดในวรรคหนึ่ง ให้เป็นไปตามที่ รัฐมนตรีกำหนดโดยคำแนะนำของคณะกรรมการ
