หมวด ๓ การขอรับและการออกใบแทนใบอนุญาต
1 sectionsผู้ประกอบธุรกิจนำเที่ยวซึ่งใบอนุญาตสูญหาย ถูกทำลาย หรือชำรุดในสาระสำคัญ ให้ยื่นคำขอรับใบแทนใบอนุญาต พร้อมด้วยเอกสารและหลักฐานตามที่ระบุไว้ในแบบคำขอรับใบแทน ใบอนุญาต รวมทั้งส่งคืนใบอนุญาตที่ชำรุด หรือยื่นหลักฐานการรับแจ้งความของพนักงานสอบสวน กรณีสูญหายหรือถูกทำลาย การพิจารณาคำขอรับใบแทนใบอนุญาต ให้นำความในข้อ ๗ ข้อ ๘ และข้อ ๙ มาใช้บังคับ ด้วยโดยอนุโลม ทั้งนี้ ในการออกใบแทนใบอนุญาต ให้นายทะเบียนออกใบอนุญาตใหม่ตามแบบ ใบอนุญาตเดิม และระบุคำว่า “ใบแทน” ไว้ที่ด้านหน้าของใบอนุญาตนั้น
