ในกรณีที่คณะกรรมการมีคำสั่งให้ใบอนุญาตสิ้นผลตามมาตรา ๑๔ วรรคสี่ หรือมาตรา ๑๕ วรรคสอง ให้สำนักงานแจ้งให้ผู้รับใบอนุญาตทราบ และประกาศการสิ้นผล ของใบอนุญาตให้ประชาชนทั่วไปทราบ
