Section ๒๑

ให้ผู้รับใบอนุญาตแจ้งให้สำนักงานทราบเมื่อได้รับการร้องเรียนหรือฟ้องร้อง เกี่ยวกับการประกอบธุรกิจ ตลอดจนการดำเนินการของผู้รับใบอนุญาตในเรื่องดังกล่าว ทั้งนี้ ตามหลักเกณฑ์ที่สำนักงานประกาศกำหนด
