Preamble

เลม่ ๑๓๗ ตอนที่ ๙๗ ก หนา้ ๕ กฎกระทรวง การดำรงเงินกองทุนของธนาคารพัฒนาวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อมแห่งประเทศไทย พ.ศ. 2563 อาศัยอำนาจตามความในมาตรา ๕ วรรคหนึ่ง และมาตรา ๓๓ แห่งพระราชบัญญัติ ธนาคารพัฒนาวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อมแห่งประเทศไทย พ.ศ. ๒๕๔๕ รัฐมนตรีว่าการ กระทรวงการคลังออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้

  1. Section ๑กฎกระทรวงนี้ให้ใช้บังคับตั้งแต่วันถัดจากวันประกาศในราชกิจจานุเบกษาเป็นต้นไป
  2. Section ๒ให้ยกเลิกกฎกระทรวงว่าด้วยการดำรงเงินกองทุนของธนาคารพัฒนาวิสาหกิจ ขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อมแห่งประเทศไทย พ.ศ. ๒๕๔๙
  3. Section ๓ให้ธนาคารดำรงเงินกองทุนตามหลักเกณฑ์ที่ธนาคารแห่งประเทศไทยประกาศกำหนด ให้ไว้ ณ วันที่ 17 พฤศจิกายน พ.ศ. ๒๕๖3 อาคม…
