Preamble

เล่ม ๑๔๒ ตอนที่ ๓๔ ก กฎกระทรวง กำหนดค่าธรรมเนียมเกี่ยวกับการประกอบกิจการภาพยนตร์และกิจการวีดิทัศน์ พ.ศ. 2568 อาศัยอำนาจตามความในมาตรา ๖ วรรคหนึ่ง แห่งพระราชบัญญัติภาพยนตร์และวีดิทัศน์ พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๑ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงวัฒนธรรมออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้

  1. Section ๑กฎกระทรวงนี้ให้ใช้บังคับตั้งแต่วันถัดจากวันประกาศในราชกิจจานุเบกษาเป็นต้นไป
  2. Section ๒ให้ยกเลิกกฎกระทรวงกำหนดค่าธรรมเนียมเกี่ยวกับการประกอบกิจการภาพยนตร์ และกิจการวีดิทัศน์ พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๒
  3. Section ๓ให้กำหนดค่าธรรมเนียม ดังต่อไปนี้ (๑) ใบอนุญาตประกอบกิจการโรงภาพยนตร์ ที่เป็นอาคารหรือส่วนใดของอาคาร ฉบับละ ๕,๐๐๐ บาท…
