ในกรณีที่มีการเพิ่มขนาดพื้นที่ของสถานประกอบกิจการในระหว่างที่ใบอนุญาต ยังไม่สิ้นอายุ ให้ผู้รับใบอนุญาตแจ้งต่อนายทะเบียนตามแบบที่นายทะเบียนกลางประกาศกำหนด ให้นำความในข้อ ๕ และข้อ ๖ มาใช้บังคับแก่การรับแจ้งตามวรรคหนึ่งด้วยโดยอนุโลม เมื่อนายทะเบียนได้รับแจ้งตามวรรคหนึ่งและได้รับชำระค่าธรรมเนียมสำหรับขนาดพื้นที่ ที่เพิ่มขึ้นแล้ว ให้ออกใบอนุญาตให้ใหม่โดยกำหนดวันหมดอายุใบอนุญาตให้เป็นไปตามใบอนุญาตเดิม
