หมวด ๗ บทกำหนดโทษ
4 sectionsผู้ใดฝ่าฝืนมาตรา ๒๙ หรือมาตรา ๕๐ ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินสามปี หรือปรับไม่เกินหกหมื่นบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
ผู้ใดฝ่าฝืนมาตรา ๓๐ ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินหนึ่งปี หรือปรับไม่เกิน สองหมื่นบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ เลม่ ๑๓๙ ตอนที่ ๕๑ ก หนา้ ๑๘
ผู้ใดไม่มาให้ถ้อยคำหรือไม่ส่งเอกสาร หลักฐาน หรือวัตถุใด ๆ ตามที่เรียก หรือให้ส่งตามมาตรา ๔๔ วรรคหนึ่ง หรือมาตรา ๕๔ วรรคหนึ่ง
(๔) โดยไม่มีเหตุอันสมควร ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินหนึ่งเดือน หรือปรับไม่เกินหนึ่งพันบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
ความผิดตามมาตรา ๕๘ หรือมาตรา ๕๙ ให้อธิบดีกรมปศุสัตว์หรือผู้ซึ่ง อธิบดีกรมปศุสัตว์มอบหมายมีอำนาจเปรียบเทียบได้ตามหลักเกณฑ์ วิธีการ และเงื่อนไขที่รัฐมนตรี ประกาศกำหนด เมื่อผู้ต้องหาได้ชำระเงินค่าปรับตามจำนวนที่เปรียบเทียบภายในระยะเวลาที่กำหนดแล้ว ให้ถือว่าคดีเลิกกันตามประมวลกฎหมายวิธีพิจารณาความอาญา
