การคำนวณพิกัดน้าหนักของตีพิมพ์และพัสดุไปรษณีย์ตามข้อ ๓ ในส่วนที่เกิน สองพันกรัมหรือหนึ่งพันกรัม แล้วแต่กรณี หากเศษของน้าหนักในส่วนที่เกินนั้นไม่ถึงหนึ่งพันกรัม ให้คิดเป็นหนึ่งพันกรัม
