Preamble

เลม่ ๑๓๗ ตอนที่ ๙๗ ก หนา้ ๙ กฎกระทรวง การดำรงเงินกองทุนของธนาคารเพื่อการส่งออกและนำเข้าแห่งประเทศไทย พ.ศ. 2563 อาศัยอำนาจตามความในมาตรา ๔ วรรคหนึ่ง และมาตรา ๒๒ แห่งพระราชบัญญัติ ธนาคารเพื่อการส่งออกและนำเข้าแห่งประเทศไทย พ.ศ. ๒๕๓๖ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการคลัง ออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้

  1. Section ๑กฎกระทรวงนี้ให้ใช้บังคับตั้งแต่วันถัดจากวันประกาศในราชกิจจานุเบกษาเป็นต้นไป
  2. Section ๒ให้ยกเลิกกฎกระทรวง (พ.ศ. ๒๕๓๘) ออกตามความในพระราชบัญญัติธนาคาร เพื่อการส่งออกและนำเข้าแห่งประเทศไทย พ.ศ. ๒๕๓๖
  3. Section ๓ให้ธนาคารดำรงเงินกองทุนตามหลักเกณฑ์ที่ธนาคารแห่งประเทศไทยประกาศกำหนด ให้ไว้ ณ วันที่ 17 พฤศจิกายน พ.ศ. ๒๕๖3 อาคม…
