Preamble
กฎกระทรวง แบบบัตรประจำตัวพนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๐ อาศัยอำนาจตามความในมาตรา ๕ วรรคหนึ่ง และมาตรา ๔๖ วรรคสอง แห่งพระราชบัญญัติ เชื้อโรคและพิษจากสัตว์ พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๘ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงสาธารณสุขออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้
- Section ๑กฎกระทรวงนี้ให้ใช้บังคับเมื่อพ้นกำหนดสามสิบวันนับแต่วันประกาศในราชกิจจานุเบกษา เป็นต้นไป
- Section ๒บัตรประจำตัวพนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ให้เป็นไปตามแบบท้ายกฎกระทรวงนี้
