Preamble

กฎกระทรวง กำหนดค่าธรรมเนียมใบอนุญาตประกอบธุรกิจนำเที่ยวและใบอนุญาตเป็นมัคคุเทศก์ พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๑ อาศัยอำนาจตามความในมาตรา ๕ วรรคหนึ่ง แห่งพระราชบัญญัติธุรกิจนำเที่ยวและมัคคุเทศก์ พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๑ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการท่องเที่ยวและกีฬาออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้

  1. Section ๑ให้ยกเลิกกฎกระทรวงกำหนดค่าธรรมเนียมประกอบธุรกิจนำเที่ยวและใบอนุญาต เป็นมัคคุเทศก์ พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๕
  2. Section ๒ให้กำหนดค่าธรรมเนียม ดังต่อไปนี้ (๑) ใบอนุญาตประกอบธุรกิจนำเที่ยว ฉบับละ ๒,๐๐๐ บาท (๒) ใบอนุญาตประกอบธุรกิจนำเที่ยวสาขา…
