หมวด ๔ การเปลี่ยนแปลงรายการเกี่ยวกับการประกอบธุรกิจนำเที่ยว
1 sectionsผู้ประกอบธุรกิจนำเที่ยวผู้ใดประสงค์จะเปลี่ยนแปลงรายการเกี่ยวกับการประกอบ ธุรกิจนำเที่ยว ให้ยื่นคำขอเปลี่ยนแปลงรายการเกี่ยวกับการประกอบธุรกิจนำเที่ยวพร้อมด้วยเอกสาร และหลักฐานตามที่ระบุไว้ในแบบคำขอ และให้นำความในข้อ ๗ มาใช้บังคับด้วยโดยอนุโลม ในกรณีที่ตรวจสอบแล้วคำขอถูกต้องและเอกสารหรือหลักฐานครบถ้วน ให้นายทะเบียน ดำเนินการเปลี่ยนแปลงรายการเกี่ยวกับการประกอบธุรกิจนำเที่ยวต่อไป ในกรณีที่เป็นการแก้ไขเปลี่ยนแปลง รายการที่กระทบต่อข้อความในใบอนุญาต ให้นายทะเบียนออกใบอนุญาตใหม่ให้โดยมีสาระสำคัญ ตามใบอนุญาตเดิม เว้นแต่รายการที่เปลี่ยนแปลง และให้ผู้ประกอบธุรกิจนำเที่ยวส่งคืนใบอนุญาตเดิม เล่ม ๑๓๕ ตอนที่ ๔๓ ก
