กฎกระทรวง ถอนคืนเหรียญกษาปณ์อลูมิเนียมราคาห้าสตางค์ พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๑ อาศัยอำนาจตามความในมาตรา ๕แห่งพระราชบัญญัติเงินตรา พ.ศ. ๒๕๐๑และมาตรา ๑๓ทวิ วรรคสอง แห่งพระราชบัญญัติเงินตรา พ.ศ. ๒๕๐๑ ซึ่งแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมโดยพระราชบัญญัติเงินตรา (ฉบับที่ ๕) พ.ศ. ๒๕๓๖รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการคลังออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้
